Terms and agreements for site usage
Ipulon reserves the right to remove any image that compromises the site in any shape or form, whether it be excessive usage, site security or for legal issues.
All files are copyrighted to their respective owners. Our staff continually monitor images and remove them periodically but we accept no responsibility for their content or affiliation with the individual. All images are the responsibility of the individual that uploads them.
If you do have any issues regarding an image, please write to violation@ipulon.com including the offending image, details about yourself and the reasons why you wish for it to be removed. All cases will be individually investigated.
By uploading you agree not to
Upload any sort of pornography or content which may offend those under 18. We take a particularly hard line on child pornography and anybody found uploading it will have their ip forwarded to the proper authorities without hesitiation.
Upload images which infringe copyright. This includes any images which you do not own the rights to, although not limited solely to this. It also applies to anything which the user lacks distribution or usage permission. If you upload an image infringing copyright, it will be immediately removed and your ip will be banned.
Upload any content which incites racial hatred, terrorism or any harm against any individual or group of. This applies to death images and written threats, although is not limited to. Our policy on this is to not only ban the offender but also to forward their details onto the authorities.
We investigate all violations thoroughly and get back to any violations within 2 business days. We regard offences such as those above as crimes and if the law has been broken, the authorities will be noted immediately.
